Junior Kindergarten

Thank you for considering Cornerstone Junior Kindergarten.  We are a licensed preschool teaching children ages 3 and 4 years old since 2005. Our teachers have trust in Jesus Christ and are qualified Early Childhood Educators.  We strive to develop the child spiritually, intellectually, socially and physically through structured instruction. The children are taught how to view the world from God’s eyes not only during Bible time but in all subject areas such as Science, Math, Language and Fine Arts.  We use a comprehensive program called Spell to Write to Read developed by Wanda Sanseri to teach the children the basic sounds of our language called phonograms.  This gives them the tools for future success in reading and writing.  Daily activities that are integrated in each class include: circle time, story time, calendar, snack, arts & crafts, singing, learning centers and outside play when weather permits.
